MOBILE DENTAL Clinic
The Buhl Regional Health Foundation, in partnership with the Hubbard Public Library and Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley, provided free dental care for those without access to regular dental treatment in the year 2022.
It was our pleasure to be a part of this program in the year 2022. Going forward, the Mobile Smile Unit will still be available at the Hubbard Public Library through the Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley where free dental care for those without access to regular dental treatment will be available. Please contact the Hubbard Public Library with questions or to schedule an appointment.
Staffed by a team of dentists and hygienists, the Mobile Smile Station stops at the Hubbard Public Library parking lot to provide:
- oral exams
- teeth cleanings
- sealants
- fillings
- dental x-rays
- denture adjustments
- fluoride treatments
- tooth extractions
- oral hygiene instruction
- oral cancer screenings
- referrals and education

Mercy Health Foundation Mahoning Valley Mobile Dental Service gives comprehensive care and education to underserved children and adults. Through this program, they strive to reach those who do not have, or have never seen, a dentist. They will see any patient regardless of ability to pay.
