The mission of the BRHF is to identify and address the diverse health care needs of the greater Sharon regional area. Among the Foundation’s primary services will be promotion of collaborative partnerships and programs, capacity building and grants which will focus on and invest in all people impacted by health-related needs throughout their lives. The vision of the BRHF is “Working Together for Community Wellbeing.”

Considering the mission of the BRHF, we want to extend the invitation to your agency to be a part of our first effort. We would like to publish a Sharon regional-area service directory. Our goal is to provide answers . The Foundation plans to collect information which will be published in a directory of health and human services on website. We would like to invite you to participate in this project by providing BRHF with information that could better link clients and services.

The BRHF intends to gather this data through the beginning of the year and it will be published by mid-2017. We will be reaching out to you in various ways to start collecting information and there will be more specific details regarding confidentiality and review of the data for accuracy before the final draft is completed.
