Nearly ninety people attended the Buhl Regional Health Foundation’s Findings Review on 1/20/17. Executive Director, Mickey Gula presented the results of the October 2016 Forum where nearly 170 community leaders from 94 agencies and organizations provided input concerning health needs in our communities.
At the Findings Review, three different Community Action Teams were formed with over 70 attendees signing up to participate. Each team will address issues in specific areas concerning Individuals, Families, and Community health needs. Ms. Gula said, “We are hopeful that these three groups will not only identify the most important issues and challenges, but will offer possible solutions and strategies for improving the health of our people, families and overall communities. The Forum attendees have asked us to facilitate collaboration and this represents the first step in that role.”
